First impressions were amazing. We were allowed to check in early since the property was vacant. We were greeted by Ei and and her two assistants and shown around to Villa and yards. It was amazing, especially the outside dining, cabana and splendid pool. We knew we were in for an amazing week. We loved the daily breakfast prepared by Ei and her two assistants. We didn’t specify any preferences, just left it up to them to serve a mix of Thai food and Western food, and the variety and flavours were amazing. Unfortunately we couldn’t eat it all as the amount of food was so generous! Having such a delicious breakfast at the outside dining table was such a peaceful way to start each day. The location is great, only around 8-10 minutes walk down to the beautiful Surin beach. A money changer and supermarket are both within 50 metres walk from the front gate, and 7-11, several restaurants, shops and massage parlours are also in very close proximity. The rooms were all beautiful, roomy and with their own bathrooms, and two fridges ensure you can have plenty of cold water and items purchased from nearby supermarket and 7-11. As a special note, we were amazed at the team’s hospitality in preparing a Christmas Tree, lights and decorations to make our Christmas away from home extra special.
It’s really hard to fault much at all. If anything, we spent a little more than we would have liked for a week, but it was Christmas and New Year and so everything was expensive in comparison. Also, the beds were a bit firm. I didn’t really have a problem with it, but my wife and kids all complained a little.
